An introduction to balancing your body using food & the elements
Ayurveda offer us a chance to look deeper into the root causes of the imbalances that our bodies and minds experience. It provides us a framework to live by - and helps us develop an understanding that all dis-eases we experience are simply because we have an im-balance of the elements within us.
This workshop focuses on how we can mindfully harness the power of food and right-eating for our unique body types in order to help prevent dis-ease in our lives, and live more in-tune with natural cycles and processes.

The topic of Ayurveda can be quite overwhelming, and so here we aim to provide you with a broad introduction to the three Doshic types (body types) - VATA, PITTA & KAPHA, and allow you to become familiar with your unique constitution so that you can continue your Ayurvedic learning and journey with a framework to work with.

Matt is a 300 hour Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, having trained with the Americal Institute of Vedic Science. He specialises in the food branch of Ayurveda, and in his work links in the bigger-picture of how body's diet and inner condition mirrors that of our earth and soil.
