About
Half-day experiences designed to break the continuity of city work cycles and allow your team to leave inspired, energised, clear & closer together. These experiences are held at a number of our outdoor venues in remote locations around Hong Kong, which allow for a full disconnect from the city and an immersion in abundant nature.
We cater for groups as small as 6 and as large as 40.
What the morning looks like:
Cultivating the Witness Meditation - 45 minutes
The mindful meditation, led by Rebecca, is designed to take attendees into a state of relaxation and witnessing of the mind's contents. It will support with the release of tension and stress within the mind, helping to relieve any feelings of overwhelm that one may be shouldering from the week. This is a therapeutic practice for attendees to take into their everyday lives - to support their relationships, energy levels, and general sense of well-being.
Rebecca is a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist who fuses traditional Eastern practices of mindfulness and meditation with modern, Western understandings of the human psyche. This brings a balanced and effective sharing to people who can find themselves trapped within repeating patterns and habits in their lives.
Breathwork Journey - 1 hour 15 minutes
The Meditation will leave attendees feeling much more at peace, and ready to journey into deeper parts of their psyche. If there's any pent-up stress or emotion that one has been carrying with you then this is the perfect method of release that doesn't require too much - just a commitment to breathing.
Breathwork is a modern technique of harnessing a very specific type of Breathing to reach altered states of consciousness that can help to access stagnant conditionings and patternings that may have been with us since we were children.
Attendees will leave the Breathwork session feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded. This sense of inner security can be carried through the rest of the week ahead.
Matt is an experienced Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, who has experience in leading both individuals on a one-to-one basis and groups of up to 60 people. He is passionate about the practice, and knows it can help others as it has done himself.
Plant-Based Brunch & Team Sharing - 1 hour 30 minutes
Over Brunch, the Team will have the chance to share their findings and realisations from the Breathwork session in natural surroundings and comfort.
Food with Baba's is always mindful, plant-based and home-cooked. This Brunch in particular will be crafted using seasonal vegetables, and will be specifically designed to suit all body types; to be nourishing, grounding and assisting in the digestive process. The food is expertly cooked by enthusiastic chefs Matt & Rebecca - authors of Baba's Bites Cookbook for the Mind, Body & Soul.
Both Matt & Rebecca are Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultants and can answer questions over Brunch to do with dietary imbalances and difficulties with digestion and elimination that anyone in the team may be having. Matt also offers one-to-one Holistic Diet & Lifestyle Coaching for those interested.
